Australia temporary visa lets an employer sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position in skill shortage list in Australia.
- Allow to stay for up to 2 years or up to 4 years if an International Trade Obligation (ITO) applies.
- A visa holder be nominated to work in an occupation on the list of eligible short-term skilled occupations.
- Have at least 2 years relevant work experience in nominated occupation.
- Have a relevant skills assessment.
- Minimum standards of English language proficiency.
- Applicants must fit into this category and the type of assessment.
- Employer must have nominated the applicant to fill an occupation specified on the Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL).
